Please describe the project specifications

CTS Plaza belongs to HK CTS hotels Co., Ltd., located in Interchange between Beijing Airport Expressway and the North Third Ring Road. The objective of renovation is to make itself five stars hotel and the flagship hotel.
Total area of this membrane structure project is about 4500 m² and there are the following 4 parts: Tower Roof, Hotel Lobby Roof, West Entrance and Facade Decoration.
Tower Roof includes 4 fabric units and they are arranged above the 4 tower roofs symmetrically, with height 99.694 meters and 88.094 meters respectively. Each fabric unit is connected by top ring beams and 8 groups of shuttle shaped trusses. Set up 2 steel cables on each truss and fasten to the corresponding truss support. FERRARI golden PVC fabrics are covered on the outside of trusses and CHUKOH white PTFE fabrics are used between two edge-cables connected trusses. White and golden fabrics staggered arrangement form beautiful corolla shape.
Hotel Lobby Roof is on the top of hotel lobby and it is embedded in the inner side of the RC ring beam as a whole, similar an elliptical. The steel structure is composed of steel arch beams and steel trusses. The peak of steel arch beams is 22.6 meter and the longest encorbelment of steel trusses is about 9.45 meters. There are 13 trusses on both sides respectively, the upper part connecting to steel arch beams and the lower part fixing on inner anchor plate of RC ring beams, forming sector regions. Fabric edge beams and steel arch beams on both sides make up the middle region. White PTFE composite fabric is used symmetrically along valley cables in the middle region, looking like saddle shape. Double layered ETFE film and white PTFE composite fabric staggered arranged on both sides of the sector regions form V shape.
West Entrance is located on top of VIP entrance in west of the hotel, which is made up of 4 ETFE fabric units and 5 PTFE fabric units. The upper part of arch steel beams is connected with anchor plate outside of RC columns; with 3 supporting rods intersected at a point, the lower part is connected with the anchor plate on top of RC columns.
Facade Decoration is located external facade wall of the plaza that is between 5th floors and 29th floors. It consists of 748 silver PTFE mesh fabric units. Angle steels are assembled to steel frames of different shapes and they are decorated outside of the glass curtain wall. It has the shading function and reduces the harm of light reflection from the glass curtain wall.
