Please describe the project specifications

The owner of this boat wanted not just an update but an upgrade for his tired looking 30 foot Scarab Sport 302. We could see immediately that the exterior upholstery was completely exhausted.

What was the purpose of this project? What did the client request?

He had done his research and knew the look he wanted. He wanted something that would turn heads.

What is unique or complex about the project?

So we re-designed and fabricated new helm seats, console seat, leaning post, all the coaming pads, and fore and aft seating.

What were the results of the project?

Embroidering the word Scarab in a bright red UV thread on the aft backrest, fronts and back of the helm seats, and adding a touch of metallic silver vinyl throughout really gave that "pop" our customer was hoping for.
