Please describe the project specifications

We were invited to offer a tenting solution that would maximize use of a patio at a country club. Our idea was to use a 20 meter wide structure in our inventory and add wedge sections that would complement the available space.

What was the purpose of this project? What did the client request?

The tent was used as a reception room for a wedding. The client requested clear vinyl, rigging capabilities and maximum use of the available space.

What is unique or complex about the project?

The space was not level, partially patio and partially grass. We installed a level floor system which married to a plywood floor to allow the tent to meet with the building seamlessly. Ground protection was required for all machines during installation. We were bound by tight installation timelines and noise ordinances, coordinated with other vendors for decor and lighting and faced severe weather on event day. The tent fit snug in the space, so there was little room for error on installation.

What were the results of the project?

We provided a unified event space utilizing rental equipment and some select custom elements.
