Please describe the project specifications

a 10,000 sq.ft. multi-tent enclosure with a raised, leveled, sub-floor for a private wedding.

What was the purpose of this project? What did the client request?

The client wanted to maximize the space in their backyard in order to accommodate the 350 guests for cocktails, dinner and dancing with an after party and lounge as well as a service kitchen and two restroom trailers.

What is unique or complex about the project?

We "shoehorned" the tents into the property with less than 12" of space left on three out of the four sides. The tents needed to be staggered to accommodate the trapezoidal shape of the property. In addition, all equipment needed to be ferried onto the island a week prior to installation to ensure everything would arrive on time.

What were the results of the project?

The results were spectacular. The client, their event planner and decorator were all extremely pleased. We achieved the objectives that we were given and exceeded everyone's expectations.
