Please describe the project specifications

This project took all three of us. Our "Cover Girl", (Jessica), our Boat Monkey, (my husband Jamie) and "The Buff", (myself). Cover Girl re-designed the entire interior of this 1970 something Supreme boat. She made the patterns and cut everything, along with all the sewing and The Buff helped staple it all on, while the Boat Monkey cut all the new wood.

What was the purpose of this project? What did the client request?

Our client brought in every piece of this interior. This boat has a red gel-coat and it's original interior was two shades of red and a bit of white vinyl. The original carpet was also red, he wanted to brighten up the boat and bring it to life again. We needed to replace much of the wood due to rotting, and some of the foam.

What is unique or complex about the project?

Changing the design so that everything flowed perfectly, we didn't have the actual boat here so we had to figure out where each piece met the next piece. We did have to redo a small side panel, because it was not even with the other pieces. But other than that our "Cover Girl" did an awesome job.

What were the results of the project?

This is a very unique boat, it has a Chevy truck motor in it and the doghouse is in the center of the boat. The boat looks 100% different now and so sharp.
